Windows 98 SE Startup disk.  Use dd to write to a floppy disk.  This is the boot disk for the Windows 98 Installation process.  It includes Windows 98 MSDOS version 4.10.2222, with FAT32 format and fdisk, and CDROM support.

dd is the linux software used to produce .img files (or floppy from img).

If you are having trouble, i suggest trying a different img writer..

You can copy the image file to disk drive A: using the MS-DOS "diskcopy" command.
